Hey everyone, I just recently returned to GW after taking a break for a few years and with GW2 on the horizon, I've wanted to finish up my HoM but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed (not sure if this is technically the right sub-forum for this, hell this might end up being locked):

I have little to no experience with much of the end-game content (I just never got into it. Finished up the campaigns, screwed around, did PvP, etc.) and don't know any of the meta farming builds so I really don't have much money to work with (compared to everyone running around with the cliche chaos gloves + obsidian set + every cash title). I don't know how time has evolved the ease of filling HoM/completing titles, but with the situation I'm in now (the one I went on a hiatus with) the thought of moving forward was depressing and just a turn-off. And I've read a few HoM guides out there, but many of them sort of flow toward the "buy these titles/weapons/armor sets with money you might not have and fill HoM".

My goal: I have my mind set on getting 30/50 as soon as realistically possible. From there, depending on what my storage and time looks like, I might go up for 50 with time.

What should I start working on?

At which point does it stop being worthwhile to fill a certain part of the Hall?

For example, is it better to hold off on the expensive Vabbi/FoW sets and buy cheaper EotN sets and stop (temporarily or not) at 5/7 armor sets?

Is it better to buy up destroyer weapons (they're the cheapest, right?) over tormented weapons? Should I even bother with tormented/oppressed weapons?

How much should I invest in minis/hero armor? Should I just farm hero armor?

3 points for a PvP statue seems too good to pass up? What's the best route to take here? I don't have to funds to just buy 200+ ZKeys and blow them on the title, so can Balth faction be farmed now quickly enough to rack up some keys or at this point should I just sell them and pay for something else?

How fast is LDoA now? I heard death-leveling was effectively killed, is it worth it to roll a toon for the sole purpose of maxing this title?

Should I bother getting GWAMM on my assassin? It seemed very time and money consuming back in the day, has that changed?

I know I have a lot of questions but I just really would like to know what's the most effective way of reaching 30/50 (if not 50/50) without wanting to become An Hero out of sheer boredom. In 1 month I'll be starting up classes again and be moving into my dorm so my free time will diminish after then, not sure how much of an impact that will have in doing all of this. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
